Unanswered Question banner remains after question answered? How do I remove it?

Question from potential buyer, so banner appears over item "Unanswered Question". I responded, but the banner still remains. It used to disappear when query responded to. Same happened last week. Banner stayed until item ended. Not a serious problem, but very annoying.

Easy to fix - go into "My Ebay", then to your "Active" items.

Scroll down until you find the one wiith the red banner, then click the drop-arrow under "Respond", and select "Mark As Answered".
