how do rotate a photo after downloading it onto an add

When downloading a photo when listing a product to sell the photo was not downloaded in the correct orientation and there seems to be no way to rotate the photo once downloaded.  Even if photo is rotated prior to downloading in an attempt to correct the problem the photo is still incorrect after downloaded.  Any suggestions?

When you have the photo in the photo uploader you can rotate it before you upload it to the listing.

Otherwise you can rotate it in windows media before browsing with the uploader.
