was in hospital missed paying 2 people need help urgently

my probem is i have ruined my ability to buy as a message appears some buyers wont sell to me for 12 months. i have no date when

 this happened about 10 months ago. i am a purple buyer  100 items in last 12 months. alwys paid immediately as all sellers have reported that i am a great buyer. missed these 2 due to emergency operation. Notified the sellers and was told that they could do nothing.

this account is rectified. can someone tell me please. or who do i phone or contact need no or email address to help rectify. thany you very much. PETER

If it was that long ago not much you can do.

You will just need to ride out the last 2 months until one of the strikes disappears from your account.

Unpaid item strikes remain for 12 months and many sellers block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes, myself included.
