Hello, I went refund part postal charge via Paypal and full amount has been refunded. I emailed the buyer and requested to pay again and offered a further reduction for their inconvenience. They have asked me to correct the amount on the listing and they will pay, however I am unsure how to fix this. I would appreciate your help, thanks.
