Sold Pillow on Friday 5/2/16 the purchaser has emailed me asking if I can deliver COD

Hi,

This is my 2nd sale on EBAY.  I sold a Tempur Pillow on Friday 5/2/16 and awaiting payment.  The purchaser has emailed me to say that she is in La Trobe St, Melb which is not far at all from me and has asked if l could deliver the pillow and she will pay me COD.

What is your advice and policy on this request. I have attempted to read up for changes and client requests for delivery but can not seem to find what l am looking for.  I am also a bit scared that l maybe putting myself into an uncomfortable situation.  Can someone assist me with what i should do and what are the EBAY policies around this situation/customer request.  Many Thanks.
