Sold an item & posted to the exact address on the Ebay invoice. Parcel returned to me as buyer had moved. Now have really nasty negative feedback as the buyer thinks I should pay return postage for parcel ($15.35). Cannot see I have done anything wrong and really unhappy about the negative feedback. Is there anything I can do to have it removed as it is very unfair?
Ws the payment made by paypal? If it was you should have sent to the paypal address not the ebay address.
