does ebay offer full disclosure of their suspicious activity "filters" it's so vague

i've found ebay to not be forth coming and transperant with thier so called rules. account suspended before my first auction ends. i've had nothing but trouble with my new account trying to sell my phone and it just doesn't fit into their apparent violations. it's so frustrating and it takes days to get any sort of response or help and then it's a usefull as the proverbial teets on a bull. it seems like an anti-trust mentality that requires proof beyond all reasonable doubt, and i've only started getting legal advice, let alone asked to be tried in their court by their rules by their judge. AGROOO!!!!!!!!!!! so frustrating. yes i'm new, done it before, but i closed my old account ages ago, can i start a new one or bloody what? anyway, anyone with some actually precise information in regards to some full disclosure from these retards would be appreciated.
