unles you are selling a Motor Vehicle, Caravan, Boat you cannot remove Paypa l from your listings.
eBay insist every listing must offer one form of safe payment
Paypal
Paymate or
your own Credit Card facility (usualy only businesses)
as you have pck up only items listed. just state Cash on Pick Up is preferred and if a buyer wants to pay with paypal remind him that he has absolutely no paypal protection as they will not cover Pick Up Only items
