Not sure where to locate it,  but if you haven`t already listed worldwide and agreed to it, when you do go to list the agreement will come up to agree to before you can proceed.

You need to do a listing using the ebay SYI form not through TL and when you go to add international postage it will take you to the agreement page, you will have to update TL then you will be able to add international post there too.

thanks for your reply but it didn't come up.  Have listed before on USA and UK and had no problem.  Do all listing via Turbo Lister and now it wants me to complete ISA but does not bring it up.  All searches on eBay for ISA are fruitless.
