Didnt work yesterday when I posted this message. Tried it again today and it worked. Starting the 19th for me. It seems to be on a 30 day rolling cycle, so with December having 31 days it has become active a day earlier than expected.

If you receieve the "offer expired" message, it may be worth trying it each day for a month as different sellers seem to be on different active cycles with the offer.

I know someone who got both (not me).  The offer for 10 was showing where the 40 are but they didn't get an email.  They'd only just finishing using the 150, or some of them.  I got the 10 on my non-store account, also no email, they were just sitting there.
