Are there any better options for dealing with the eBay inbox?

I find the inbox system difficult to deal with, its hard at times to keep track of customer contact.

For some reason the previous messages dont always appear within the next message so im swapping between Inbax and Sent items to see previous contact.

Are there any 3rd party systems that offer a "conversation" type view, similar to Facebook chat or even Etsy.

Is there something that eBay themselves offer to assist?

That will be because the responder will select contact seller rather than selecting the respond button.

That commences a new thread.

There is nothing that can be done about that.

Only if other party selects respond will it stay in one thread.

I suggest having 2 tabs on the browser selected with ebay, one with the inbox, the other sent messages.

Thats pretty much how im dealing with it now, I was just dreaming of a better world 🙂
