Can eBay make decision for our money?

An overseas buyer said she didn't receive the items bought, we have noticed the buyer that we have tracked it to AU Post and waiting for a response when we received letters from eBay saying that the money is already refunded, eBay did this the same day buyer contacted them!

Why eBay didn't ask us before refund? Is it because we are playing game on eBay platform that eBay dominates and has the right to make decision for our money? Is it because eBay is big and I am small?

We lost money and products in the case, and it happened before and it is still happenning.

It is NOT fair!

No it is not.

But that is the way eBay have worked for quite a while.

i, and many others, don't sell internationally for this reason.

You might like to decide whether the hassles of selling overseas are worth it. Unless your items are unique/desirable globally, I suggest you cut your losses and sell locally only.
