Buyer has made payment but is getting an unclaimed message.
I get a statement that payment has been made but is being processed by paypal.
Logging onto my account, I can't see any received payment from that buyer. Neither can I see anywhere to check about 'unclaimed' payments. How can this be rectified?

Have you upgraded your account to a premiere account?
You need to do this to accept payments.
OR have you made a typo in the paypal payment address?
Click on relist then edit and scroll down to the paypal payment and check for any errors in the details.
Then hit the back button.
If there is an error call paypal and they can help you.
