Cannot see unclaimed on paypal page but buyer can see on their end

Buyer has made payment but is getting an unclaimed message. 

I get a statement that payment has been made but is being processed by paypal. 

Logging onto my account, I can't see any received payment from that buyer. Neither can I see anywhere to check about 'unclaimed' payments. How can this be rectified?

First step is to double check the email address that you have on file with eBay and Paypal, and confirm that it matches the email address used by the buyer.

If it looks correct, then you may need to talk to Paypal, as it may be an error in their system.

Recently, I made a payment where a similar thing happened. Marked as unclaimed for me, processing for the seller.

It was a Paypal glitch.

Have you upgraded your account to a premiere account?

You need to do this to accept payments.

OR have you made a typo in the paypal payment address?

Click on relist then edit and scroll down to the paypal payment and check for any errors in the details.

Then hit the back button.

If there is an error call paypal and they can help you.
