Feedback after 12 months....

Hi, this could potentially be a very silly question, however, the feedback that is "within 12 months", I know they disappear after that time, but how can I simply find out when that will be. Do I need to manually search the order to find out when they ordered or is there a simpler way.

I would click on the FB that your referring to and see what dates are there. That should give you an indication ? There maybe an easier way ? Let's see what others have to add.

If you click on Reply to Feedback down the bottom, it will come up with all feedback WITH the relative dates.
