I have accidentally marked an item as posted when its not actually paid as yet.
Was looking at the wrong list I suspect.
We have not actually posted it as its not yet paid.
I don't see any action anywhere to reverse this mistake.
Any ideas anyone?

Sorry all.... just found where.
Had to go into the sales record and then uncheck the Posted On date box.
That clears the Posted flag once you re-save the record.
So answered my own question.

Its OK I have found out what has been doing this.
We had been trialling a database to manage stock/inventory across multiple platforms from Stitch Labs.
They have admitted to having a bug in their data base that was setting unpaid items to posted randomly. And I have confirmed that the order I was having this trouble with was on their problem list.
We have cancelled all ties with them now so it should not happen again.

Now this is strange...
After un-marking this item as posted (as I said above) when I looked the item status again this morning it is once again maked as posted.
I have to wonder how this can be. I didn't think a buyer had access to do this. I thought it was me who must have made an error, but now it looks like something else is at play here.
I have once again un-marked it as posted in the sales record. Lets see what happens this time.
Could this be some kind of system glitch?
