To support our merchants as they grow their businesses, we continue to make significant investments in and improvements to our infrastructure. These improvements sometimes require us to perform maintenance which can result in site downtime.
Our next upgrade will occur on Friday 5 September 2014, between 1-9pm AEST.
Impacts
On Friday 5 September, there'll be a 5 minute outage from 4pm AEST and five 1 minute outages over the 8 hour maintenance period. During these outages, you and your customers may experience the following:
- An increased number of "10001 – Internal Error" and/or "520002 – Internal Error" responses for API calls.
- "Sorry, your last action could not be completed" errors when accessing the PayPal website (www.paypal.com.au) or your checkout flow.
- HTTP 500 errors from PayPal REST APIs.
- PayPal Here and point of sale payments failures.
