eBay regularly cutting off live chat contact times earlier than specified.
On non account managed accounts, I noticed a lot recently ebay has been cutting off chat way earlier than normal. But yet if you wanted to get help at 7.30pm its a 17mins wait time.10pm cut off was so much better.
