change a 3 day auction into a 1 day auction

is there a way i can change a 3 day auction as a seller to a 1 day auction

No, because you have a bid.

Once there are bids or less than 12 hours in a listing, very little can be changed.

But if you want to end it to the bidder at the current price you can.

Whats the point of a one day auction when Ebay states it might take up to 24 hours for your auction to appear on the site anyway.

The auction could be over before anyone sees it.

I've always thought the same about 3 day auctions saarzi, where a lot of buyers only check watchlists every 2nd or 3rd day.

I do 1 day auctions when there are promotions. Even my less than 10 feedback account. Mine must show up pretty quickly because when I listed a few new items on the weekend I had bids within 10 minutes. The first few items I listed too 24 hours to show up, but by the time I relisted them again they showed pretty much straight away.

OP not sure if this applies but FYI you can end an auction early in favour of the highest bidder at any time during the auction.
