WHy would I be interested in taking legal action against eBay? I've never had any issues with them, or my buyers. That's probably why I have 100% feedback and 5 start DSR's.

I am in the market for buying a new filter for my rangehood. I can say with certainty that I know where I WON'T be buying it from. In the event something did go wrong (like damaged in transit, which seems to be an issue), I shudder to think of the response that I'd get.

Maybe if you had a bit of an attitude adjustment, you might get results by contacting eBay. If you speak to them like you speak to your buyers, it's no wonder they refuse to help you.

Yes.  A good lesson, I think, on how NOT to treat buyers.  Yikes!!

I ALWAYS check a sellers feedback before I buy. I have chosen to pay extra to buy from someone who doesn't abuse and belittle their buyers when something doesn't go quite right. I buy more than what I sell and have hit the back button quite a few times on sellers who abuse their buyers.

Could this be fab gift emporium in disguise?

With an attitude like you are displaying now, you could not encourage people to support you if you were giving away one hundred dollar bills.

For your information, the so called "nitwit" that you are referring to happens to be a Lady whom is a Senor Citizen  65+

l believe an apology is due on your part, if this is how you address people whom you do not know, then l feel you need to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror.

I have been here on ebay 6 years, and still holding 100% Feedback, no red, no grey, .....nothing but good ol' green.

You should try it sometime. Without customers to service on here, you moss just turn out the light and padlock the door.

Would be nice to see you have a genuine turnaround.   Smiley Mad
