You can't name and shame on the boards.  The id has been removed.

But they are a fairly inexperienced buyer.  They have only bought five things since

becoming a member a year ago.

Did you open a NPB case?

You need to do that to get back your fees

I forgot - then put them on your Blocked Bidders List, so they can't bid or buy again

Hi,

why can't I give them a -tive feed back  , It seams unfair that as a seller they can give a -tive feedback I assume I still get charged for the item being sold as far as ebay are concerned .

Thanks.....  Darren

Ebay removed the option of giving negative fb to buyers some years ago.

You can't even give them a green dot with negative comments.

That is also against policy.  But if you open and close a NPB case against them

they will get a strike.   If they get too many of them, that will affect their ability to buy.

I gave instuctions to get your fees back - open a NPB case

When you close the case, you get your fees back and then you can re-list the item

You also need to add them to your BBL so they can't buy from you again
