Are you wanting to post the pick up item to a buyer? If so, you need to resend the invoice and where you have it listed for 0.00 postage being pick up, change that to the postage cost. DO NOT hit recalculate. Just put the amount in and send the invoice.

If that's not what you're trying to do, then you might have to explain what it is you want to do. 🙂

I haven't had that problem, but had an item I had freight on because of unusual size & the buyer wanted the item posted.  I tried the revised invoice, but it wouldn't allow me to put in postage - finished up with the tag 'freight' & put the postage in the cost of freight.

Tingle, if the item is still listed, hit revise & go down to domestic postage where U will find a box with an arrow which gives U several choices of postage or pick-up.  

If it has been sold already, try as advised by Ilovemychooks.
