eParcel and International tracking HELP please

 New to eParcel. All domestic tracking is fine, but our International Registered Parcels dont show up when tracked.

 

When we upload tracking nos to International buyers, they are questioning the validity of tracking because the result we all see is 'item not trackable'.

 

Aust Post cant.wont help, they say its a privacy issue, yet if we lodge the same parcel over the counter as a 'normal' Registered International parcel, we would get tracking that is visible.

 

Has anyone else encountered this in eParcel? Is there a workaround?

Try the powerseller board. There are a couple of members there who I believe use eParcel, and they don't come to this board very often.
