If you had a non paying bidder & the 4 day wait to close the case is over & you got your FVF back,just re-list the item.

People mess around at times & it is frustrating.Do you have your buyer requirements set to block non paying bidders etc? That saves quite a few of these pests.Also block the non payer in your BBL to avoid them doing this to you again.
Sorry,don't know your seller experience,so if you don't know how to do this msg back & someone will help you with that.

if the second-chance offer does not get accepted it may be that that member is waiting for you to relist so they can get the item at a lower price than the second chance offer, especially if the bidding war was between only two buyers.
Once the first transaction is completed (by UPI case or cancellation) you can relist, but remember to start the auction at a price you are prepared to accept in case there is only one interested member.
