buyer seller mutual cancel, buyer gets case info unavailable

Buyer and seller want to cancel a transaction but whenever I try as the buyer, I get the message "case information unavailable, please try again later". What should I do as the seller is anxious to close this matter.

Ask the seller to send you the mutual cancellation and go from there.
