Hi how do I fix this, to me it seems all the ads are trying to load on the page and it freezes up I am not in the least bit interested in ads I go on eBay because I know what I want. The freezing up has made me lose auctions I was bidding on. It is frustrating and customer help is a joke you can't contact them unless its a specific problem there is no provision for site faults in customer service. I have been using eBay for years bought over a thousand items but now it's getting to be a hard battle just to get a page open. To me it's a simple solution make the program able to switch off ads if I don't want them or I will simply switch off eBay.
