I can't get 1800 093577 to answer, keep getting 'this phone is not available at this time. Try again later' and I have been trying all day.
Does anybody know of an alternate way to contact them?
I'm pretty sure my account was hijacked by some character who claims he bought an iphone 6 and I haven't delivered it. I have been in touch with customer service who claim they have 'fixed it' and not to worry about it. But then this person started a Dispute, and now it looks like ebay have refunded him money as there is an Invoice in my ebay account, which I don't understand because I can't even find him as a member. The item was supposedly bought by 'member- ton.l43'
