What options are open to me if seller doesn't answer my questions about an item ?

I have asked a specific question relating to a product description. Twice. And have not received a response to date. (3 weeks)

The product is described as 'adjustable' and I have requested details of the range of adjustment possible from the seller.

I have even gone to the extent of asking the seller to tell me if they don't know the answer. Still no response.

I thought I might try another seller selling the same product, but you guessed it, same result. No answer!

What should I do ?

Move on.

If a seller is lax in responding to buyer questions, they may be lax in service.

It can be a good indicator of whether one should buy from that seller or not.

I would keep trying others until you find someone helpful.
