Anyone else get messages from antivirus if U click on a pic saying Blocked from Malicous site?

Only getting this on eBay I can browse around okay but if i click on a picture not always but most times i get my Malware Bytes antivirus blocking it as a malicious site -  freeebayimagehost  com.  Site is United States  based , but most likely from Czech Republic and about 24 days old. Looks as crooked as a dog with a wooden leg to me
