How do I provide feedback to eBay about usability issues?

Okay I gotta say it. eBay is getting to be more and more annoying to use and there appears to be no way to provide them usability feedback. eBay is the epitomy of arrogance when they don't care about user feedback, charge more and more and make it more difficult for individual sellers and buyers.

 

1. The site navigation is hopeless and unintuitive. Users need to click a ridiculous number of times for simple navigation.

2. The most useful feature a buyer wants (filtering on minimum seller rating) is not available!

3. The mobile app focuses on pumping stupid unwanted items at me rather than give me a useful home menu.

 

eBay, start thinking about your users or else we'll go elsewhere!
