Is anybody else having major problems receiving messages from customers at the moment? Plz help!

I'm currently unable to receive messages! If a customer is interested in an item or purchases something from me and wishes to ask a question, I have no way of knowing they are trying to communicate with me.  I have spoken with support and apparently it is a widespread issue that they are trying to resolve, however this could take up to two weeks. This has been a problem for over a week now. Any suggestions or is anyone in the same situation?

 Maybe you could add a temporary email address to your item listings with a short explanation?
