I used "my ebay" to contact the seller of an item which hasn't arrived. All is good, problem solved.
When I returned to the account page I found there is absolutely nothing showing up in my purchase history, hidden or otherwise.
How on earth can this happen - and more importantly, how can I get it back?
I've restarted my computer and come back again to find nothing has changed.
