Could well just be an ebay 'glitch'

How long has it been happening?

Perhaps try re-freshing the browser,clearing cookies/cache etc

If you are using Internet Exploring, that often upsets ebay site, so usually people find Chrome or firefox is better

Also it gets very glitchy when people use the app (not sure if you are on a computer or tablet/phone)

Otherwise, lots of other of the lovely members here are far more tech savy than me will most likely have some other tips
