Could you tell me with:

I already paid and received item.

Now they opened Unpaid item case for that.( I think I click 2 times or somethings)

Could you tell me what can I do,please

Select help and contact at the top then call ebay.

Explain it has been paid for and received, also have any payment proof ready if it's needed.

It's possible the seller is trying to avoid paying fees or it may be a genuine error.
