Hi,
I saw a promo code for 10% off if I bought the item I was looking for from an Australian Seller. I then chose one and purchased the product but when it came time to enter the promo code it wouldn't work. It was from the list of Australian sellers.
I tried it in different browsers and then on my phone and none would work. I had already purchased the item but not paid when I discovered the problem. I went ahead and paid the full price so I could get that going. Who to I email to try to get my 10% off? is it the seller or ebay?
seems like false advertising to show a promo code that it doesn't accept.

There have been a few problems with voucher codes not working properly lately.
The voucher would have been from ebay, not the seller, so contact them. Don't jump down the throat of the CS person that you talk to....it is not their fault that these things happen and most of them are happy to help you.
