How do i sign out? the menu next to my name doesn't show up? And i can't call or chat with tech support....argg!
Sounds like a glitch or poor internet connection.
Try refreshing the page and then see if the drop down works for you.
Other than that just shut down, clear cache and cookies, use Firefox as your browser and reboot and start again.
