The Want it Now section was discontinued a while ago.
If you're after a particular item you can create a Saved Search and set it up to receive daily emails of any new listings that match your search. Enter your keywords and any refinements (New/Used, price range, location etc) and at the top of the search results click on Save Search. Name your Search and tick the box to be emailed. You can also check your Saved Searches at any time in your My eBay.
