I bought an item on the 18/7. rec

i bought an item onthe18/7 and received it on the 24/7. emailed to say it was the wrong size and could i change it. there was no problem so i sent it back same day. tracking says it arrived on the 28/7 and so far i have not received my item. have sent 5 emails to the person and as yet have received no further communication from them. what do i do now
