Seem to have disappeared?

I am helping a new eBayer with an auction bid. Can anyone point me to the Help page that shows the bid increment amounts?

I printed some out this morning and noticed that there have been some changes. Have just tried to do another one and now it stops after entering the parcel size and weight.

Has anyone worked out how to change the landing page for My eBay? I used to have it set to the SMP Sold page but now with the new Seller Hub I can't see how to change it to land on the Orders page.
