eBay

I notified eBAy my item was stolen and they allowed a seller to sell it after I notified them it was my property and stolen? Im making a police report already. Any advice or ideas anyone?

Why is eBay so unfair to sellers who do the right thing and post items on time. Makes sellers very unhappy by unfairly removing top rated status. eBay wont revise correctly so you will be stripped of top rating for doing everything right it seems.

Ebay refunded customer even though I had a certificate showing item was delivered. I then see the same 1 of a kind item for sale by the same buyer.I notify eBay and they do nothing? WT. Do I have a legal case against ebay considering I notified them ...
