i sent item xpress post with tracking number , buyer now sayes he has
not received it australia post said deliverd on 15/10/14 he is now
claiming refund thru pay pal is this a general acurance on the bay ?

custom shop had paper work that come with it but lost it no other marks
on it, i found out they were made in lots of 50 and 100 numbered 1-100

stamps, that back stamp first used 1906 [ref: a godden british pottery &
porcelain]
