Can't transfer funds from bank account to Paypal.

For the past few days I've tried to transfer funds to my Paypal account but each time I get.Then today I get the same and when I go to the Contact us option I get.Which takes you back to the Dashboard page and not a Confirm identity page.I've checked...

I was going away so ended all my listings as I wouldn't have access to the internet and was going to just relist the items I had cancelled. That's not going to happen as they are not in unsold and they don't come up under completed and have disappear...

Anybody know what these are please?

I presume they are some sort of brass hose attachment but not sure as to how they "fit",(I know that the ribbed bit gets the hose on it and the other bit is screwed on to something,but what/why?).Any ideas/knowledge of these?
