I JUST TRIED FOR 45 MINS TO OPEN MY MESSAGES.......................APPEARS YET AGAIN . FEEBAY.............NOT EBAY...........FEEBAY CANT EVEN GET THERE WEBSITE TO WORK............FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I posted an item to buyer, buyer says didnt get it, i send him con note number and check for myself with courier where item is......they tell me buyer wasnt home when they went to deliver item to him and left card for him to come and pick up item fro...

Question : If paypal is so secure like ebay, paypal and some buyers like to think , why is it then that paypal just recently made all there registered paypal users change there paypal password due to a hacker into paypal website!!! .....................
