Every time I buy something on eBay and check out, credit card is ticked as payment option. I have set in PayPal that my preferred online payment option is PayPal and not credit card. What do I need to do in eBay to to have PayPal as preferred payment...

I have been on eBay for more than 15 years, and all went well until this year.This year I have 5 did not receive issues, compared to 2 in 15 years.Can I assume this is an increasing problem? ... or just bad luck?
