why does anyone have 100% feedback when he/she retracts bids without
permission and against ebay rules, plus ebay will not allow negative
feedback to be given to them

MESSAGE ON HIS A/c. THE ANSWER IS SIMPLY ( THEY MIGHT LOSE SOME FEES )

Hey ! haven't you heard ebay is only for buyers now. You/we have no
rights. if the buyer does something wrong you cannot see that but if
you/we do something wrong there it is for all to see Neg feedbackWELCOME
TO EBAY FOR BUYERS.
Maybe you need to check the rules, you can only retract because of a
typographical error and if that is not the case you can be held in
violation of ebay
