Anyone else having dramas with not being able to change buyer's address
when they request it or have made a mistake, like put in the wrong post
code? Its driving me nuts! Ebay say its a new security feature and the
seller must now cancel the transact...
What's the policy for items that are damaged by Australia Post during
transit? I recommend to all buyers that they spend an extra $1.50 on
Postage Insurance but most don't and then expect me to replace their
item if its damaged or goes astray. I have...
mine are all "buy it now" purchases and the majority is not new buyers
with no fb, it is normally buyers who have a lot of fb. really don't
understand why this is happening. Anyway, once I have to open an UPI, I
block them
Yes, that is how it is supposed to work, but unfortunately, it doesn't
always work that way. Not sure if its an ebay thing or just that some
buyers do it differently. Seems to be a problem for buyers on phones
hmmm not all the time. I find buyers who use phones do not automatically
get the combined postage as I have it set up. I have to manually send
them a combined postage invoice
