Definetely looks like a hijacked account,(for the reasons you stated) and it has been reported.
In future you only need to give us a full listing title and we can find it that way.
Please self report your post so you don't get a "slap" for posting listing numbers,(which is a violation).
Not sure if I am landing on the right spot, but this is currently the last entry of this thread.
Which is the best place to report,(clicking on any reply will bring your reply as the last entry)

I always put a listing in my watch list so I can keep an eye on them,
Reports seem to be acted on slowly at pesent,(sometimes weeks later).
It can be a drawn out process,

To report these it's easiest to click on Report item link on the listing,(above the item number).
Click on the arrow on the box,(it will bring up a drop down menu).
In the Report Category box click on: Listing practices
In the Reason for Report click on: Fraudulent Listing activities
Then for Detailed Reason click on:
You suspect that a listing is fraudulent.
Then click on continue.
Then once the next screen with the item number comes up click on: send report.
Always keep in mind that eBay will always have the final say on whether or not to take down listings.
So if it's not removed there might be a reason why not,?
Once a listing is reported they check all of the listings pertaining to that account,(hence why you only need to report one listing)

I don't think so, otherwise this guy would have almost ALL of his listing taken down.

He has been listing this stuff for 5 years. I have reported him on a number of ocassions and, at the best, ONLY the listing I reported has been changed, obviously at eBay's request. He still keeps listing them.

I don't think so, otherwise this guy would have almost ALL of his listing taken down.
That is where this next bit comes in:
Always keep in mind that eBay will always have the final say on whether or not to take down listings.
If they can't find a problem with them,then they won't remove them.
They have only 3 negs and are a TRS.
In these cases eBay seems to believe that the buyer should read the entire listing.
It is deceptive and shouldn't be tolerated/allowed but a number of sellers seem to get away with it on a lot of different items,
We have been reporting for years and only report the one listing.
eBay has always removed all the fraudulent items listed on that account,

Anyone could be TRS if eBay ignored the reports about them.
at the very least it is 'keyword spamming' and 'misleading headings'. I would have thought that eBay rules SHOULD apply equally to all sellers.

All those current and past Phill scammers have now being NARU'd,(including their fake buyers),
That's more then 20 "sellers" and 10 "buyers" on each account.
