Momentous Occasion

Today 1/11/2013 The Elephants are celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversay.

The photo on the left was our wedding photo 1/11/1963 and the one on the right was taken at the Speedway Ball in sydney earlier that year.

And here we are again fifty years later. - actually I tell a lie, this was taken two years ago on my 70th birthday, but we haven't changed much since then lol.

You're right about not having changed much...you still have that upward tilt of your head when you smile in each photo!

Wow still as gorgeous today as you were 50yrs ago, you're hair may have changed colour but you are both looking good for another 20yrs.

My Mum and Dad just celebrated their 59th WA - it is indeed a rare achievement - well done to both of you !
