I have just been asked what happens when there is and election and the counting of the votes is close and One candidate concedes defeat, before the count is finalised. When the count is finalised that candidate then wins.

They'd probably feel a bit stupid for conceding defeat.

When the count is that close I doubt anyone would concede defeat. Has Dr Glasson actually conceded defeat yet?
