Hi all,

I am taking Miss 12 to Gold Coast and seeing One Direction in Brisbane (her birthday present). This is in February.

I plan to fly to the GC and rent a small car and do the usual Theme parks for a couple of days and then see 1 D.

Can anyone recommend somewhere cheap and cheerful (and safe and clean) for staying after 1D, that is near the stadium, walking distance as I imagine taxis will be hard to come by after such a huge concert.

Or are taxis easy to get after a big event ?

I would be very happy with around the $120 mark, but if I have to pay more for the convenience, so be it. She'd better be good between now and February !

Somewhere easy to find and parking available. And not to hard to find or get to as I hate city driving

Nothing fancy, we can share a queen bed if that is all that is available.

Any suggestions ??

i don't know brisbane

you don't get much in a hotel nowadays for that price

Train stations are a short walk from Suncorp Stadium, if you need to stay further out.
