I had a dreadful time trying to get to sleep last night and was still awake at 3.30. I;m in a hypomanic state so my brain was racing. The good thing is that I do get a lot more done whilst in that phase, The challenge is to not allow myself to get too "high" because what goes up must come down and what goes down must come up.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The ex is expected here tomorrow with the police to collect more of his belongings. He has dragged this out for about 4 and a half months so far. This has had a detrimental effect on my mental health and anytime that there is contact with him in anyway, my moods get thrown out of whack. It usually takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment and it is common for him to be running anything from 30 minutes to an hour late.
